When you get to the Securus website be sure to select Washington State Department of Corrections. I am located at Stafford Creek Corrections Center in Aberdeen Washington. Enter my DOC # 383677 in the necessary place. Select the E-messaging icon to add yourself to my contact list.
Securus is a new email platform for us in Washington State so a handwritten letter is fine is you have difficulty creating a Securus account; but please include your phone number in the letter so I can call you.
