It’s no secret that it takes a special type of person to reach out to someone in prison and brighten their day or maybe even change the way they see life altogether. I spent seven years behind the walls of the penitentiary which gave me ample time to self-reflect on my mishaps and poor choices. Over those years I did a lot of soul searching and praying for forgiveness. My
prayers were not just for me but also to improve the conditions I left my family in. It took me awhile to learn how to forgive myself and move forward in my life. I still don’t have all the answers. Every day I just try to get a little better in some way.
Recently, I transferred to a lower level prison. Now I can see the sunset behind the mountain tops which has given me a new sense of peace and appreciation for the simple joys in life again, even though my ambitious are still very well present at all times.
I do believe at this moment in time I am mentally and spiritually ready to correspond in a healthily manner, may it be by phone, email or letters, believing that it would be pointless to pray for better days and then put out bad vibes into the universe.
My intent is to be open and honest while remaining receptive to the events taken place in your life. I would like to hear about your hopes and dreams, at the same time share mine with you.
Thank you for viewing my profile and I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon.
