Hector Galeano

If you believe people can grow, change, and come back stronger than ever – we’ll get along just fine,

My name is Hector, I’m 26, born and raised in Seattle, and proud of my Latino heritage. I try to stay active and disciplined – exercise has become one of my anchors. But there’s more to me than stats on paper.

I’ve been incarcerated for the past eight years; I came in eighteen years old – just a kid with a lot to learn. Today, I’m a completely different man. Time has a way to either break you or build you up. I chose to let it build me. I’ve taken responsibility for my past, learned from my mistakes, and grew mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I spend my time reading books that expand the mind, writing letters and about my life, designing jewelry out of beads, and planning for the future. Creativity keeps me grounded; knowledge keeps me focused; hope keeps me moving forward.

When I return home, I plan to attend university and pursue entrepreneurship. I want to build something meaningful – not just for myself, but for my family and community. I have ambition and high standards for the life I’m creating.

I’m looking to connect with anyone from any walk of life. Age, background, culture – it doesn’t matter. I value real conversations, shared perspectives, laughter, and learning from each other. Whether you’re looking for friendship, encouragement, deep conversations, or just someone to talk to – I’m here for it.
If you’re open-minded and believe in second chances, I’d love to hear from you.
