I have been incarcerated for 7.5 years, and only have 18 months remaining due to new law changes. Sadly, I have no children yet … Yes, I am single. I am family oriented with strong values.
The most influential persons in my life were women – my mother Alice and my sister April, who are now deceased. I’ve learned a lot from them and their teachings still influence me to this day. One of the lessons I’ve learned from them is that “a woman can handle any situation as long as you tell her the absolute truth from the very beginning.”
I believe we all need a breath of relief, especially from a friend or companion. I am non-violent with the belief that violence is for people who cannot think of a goal with a logical way out of a situation and feel trapped.
I hope to see the real you, with all your struggles, because the best part of you is overcoming all of them. The best part of me is overcoming my struggles which were me not seeing that I allowed the addictions of others to entice me through greed to sell drugs for monetary gain.
