Do you believe in second chances?

I do! Hi, I’m Richie. I’m 31, and before I became incarcerated I was a single father to my son Richie Jr. Honestly, I made some poor choices that led to my incarceration, and I regret that every day.

However I believe in second chances, and that a person’s mistakes don’t determine who they are or where they can go in life! I’ve received a favorable appeal that will allow me another chance at freedom within the next couple years and I intend to make the most of it with every moment I’m awake. Starting now! With that said, the reason I’m placing this profile is because life is about relationships. In order to change my life for the better I need to surround myself with people who want the same things out of life as me.

Although I’m open to any relationship that may develop over time, I’m really just hoping to find true friends that I can confide in, trust, share my hopes and dreams, and lift each other up so that we can actually enrich each other’s lives. I spend my time going to school, and I intend to use my education to pursue my dream of being a business owner or an entrepreneur when I get out. I’m a passionate artist; I love body art and I’m a practicing tattoo artist.

I’m also and anti-war activist and prison abolitionist. I’m a man of faith, and that drives my passion for justice. I hope to be a role model for my son and other young people by changing my life around. I really want people in my life to share all that I have to give because I have so much. I hope that will be you!
