I was once told to never underestimate the power to change myself; since then, I’ve been more attentive to what life has to offer me outside of these walls. It has humbled me with the strength to keep pushing forward for a better situation. Joining this site is my first step toward a new destination where connections are made. Being in the position I am often scares people away, because it’s thought that my past is reflective of the man that I am today, as if there are souls without flaws.
Who am I? A strong minded, ambitious person that has overcome a lot. My life’s struggles have given me the motivation to want to strive for a more positive future, so to stay on track I’m furthering my education through a few courses, I work, read, and listen to music to remain level-headed while preparing for my return back to society.
I’m in search for change. One that can be brought to another’s life as to mine, an experience that’ll create memories. This is different from what you and I are used to. We all have a story; may I hear yours? This can be our chance, our moment to say or ask, please don’t shy away. Unspoken words are withheld thoughts, I’m listening.
