Doing time in the feds has brought new meaning to the word LONELY. As I sit alone staring out my cell window watching the seasons change, I think of all the things I miss that I took for granted.
I miss seeing women wearing the greatest invention, Kind: Leggings, LOL, I miss my favorite blanket, I miss my dog and I miss the smell of home cooked food flooding my nostrils.
Due to my incarceration, I’ve lost contact with most of my friends and family, so I’ve placed this profile to cure my loneliness.
Question: what does friendship mean to you?
A friend to me is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out, one who sees the PAIN in your eyes while everyone else believes the SMILE on your face.
If you respond to my profile here’s what you can expect:
1) I promise to respond to all letters and you’ll feel honored and cherished.
2) I promise to listen fully and have an open heart and mind.
3) I promise my presence will become a present.
Even if you consider not to write me, please consider writing someone. But if you decide to write me please include your email so I can send you and invite to join me on CorrLinks.com or the CorrLinks mobile app.
Let’s share fears, accomplishments and future goals. Let me show you that even good people do end up in bad places.
Pssst… How do you spot a blind man on the beach? Write to find the answer.
Your new friend,
LeRoy Richardson Jr.
