My goals? First things first is to get out of prison! LOL But start back Real Estate investing. Short-term goal is to buy a 50 to 100 units apartment building in 3 to 6 months. First day I’m making offers, then three to six months in I’m closing the deal. One to three years later I’m selling the building for a profit. I would like to teach people how to invest in Real Estate, so this is another goal of mine, becoming a mentor.
