My past year was spent recovering from heartbreak and numerous setbacks. I hit a low point. I was forced to look at myself, my life, my future, and what was causing my reality to look the way it currently does. I came to the conclusion I had to change my thinking, change my ways, and most importantly change my social circle. This webpage is one of many steps I am taking towards change.
A bit about myself. My name is Chimezie, I am 39 years young, Nigerian American, hailing from Boston, Massachusetts. I have a passion for the arts (poetry, spoken word, fine art, graffiti, and all forms of creative expression), sports, physical fitness (yoga, crossfit, weightlifting, and any activity that pushes my body to its physical limit), reading and self-help books. I am also an aspiring author working on a book loosely based on my life.
I’m looking to make new open-minded friends, with positive outlooks on what is possible in life. I chose not to mention my physical appearance, because I tend to look beyond what the eyes see, and into what is within. With me, you will get a listening ear, insight (if asked) and someone with a passion for writing. Please touch base with me on CorrLinks.com or the CorrLinks mobile app emailing service.
In parting, I’ll leave you with a quote:
“If you can see yourself in possession of your dream, it’s half yours.” – Tom Hopkins
