Here I am trying to figure out what to say without sounding or pretending to be better than the next man. I think of this not as a game or competition, but as a journey with a great opportunity to find friendship.
I am not looking for handouts, sympathy, sell you dreams, or tell you a Cinderella story, nor someone to hold me down, but I do believe we all deserve to have a true friend in our corner.
I consider myself a very loyal, friendly, easygoing, down-to-earth, strong person with a soft and sensitive side. I have a big passion for sharing, reaching out to others, putting a smile on someone’s face and laughter in their hearts when they need it most. I always believed in sharing that good positive energy with others and making people feel good about themselves.
I enjoy listening to music, sports, working out, tattoos, educating myself and learning many different trades.
I must admit that times have changed and I have grown a lot. Nowadays, I am proud of the man I have become; I couldn’t say that a few years back. While incarcerated, I’ve learned not to take anything for granted, and to always embrace, value, cherish, appreciate friendship and the little things in life that I used to take for granted.
