Try Me!
There's a very special man hidden within me; does my incarceration stop you from wanting to be my friend? What would a letter cost you? Only 44 cents and a dose of being nice. The "O.K., I'll write!" goes away as soon as you start to think twice. Don't let my situation or the mistakes of my past kill the beginning of a friendship that could last forever. Communication and loyalty is part of being sincere, and my space wouldn't feel so empty knowing through pen and paper your presence is near. Try me, I'm somebody trying to reach out and be a friend to you.
Seeking pen pals for friendship. Race or gender doesn't matter.
Since being incarcerated I've changed my life for the better. I've successfully completed several trade training programs, so I can return to society prepared to take life head on. Reading, writing poetry, dancing, and weight lifting are my hobbies; adventurous activities are my adrenaline rush.
I would write more but I don't have enough space here to talk about all my dreams and passions, however I'll share them all should you chose to respond. As far as my regrets... they are many and run deep enough to say "never again!"
Please send your photo when you write (no Polaroids accepted by this institution.) If you send a message please include your complete mailing address along with a smile. Looking forward to your response.
