Don’t hesitate or become shy, for I am only human and I seek the same. The friendship that awaits us is priceless, but only you have the power to introduce yourself.

Being separated from the free world presents many obstacles for meeting new people. Granted, I’m surrounded by hundreds of inmates, but would you really chill with them on the streets? Not likely. Because the chances of reaching a successful future are slim to none.

This is my reason for constructing an introduction that stands alone. No games. I don’t have room for them on my table. I’m about to be released soon and I’m searching for some solid friendships. The past is behind me and so are the so-called friends. This incident has been a HUGE learning experience these past 4 yrs. But when a person uses each day separated from the outside world to their advantage...the rewards are tremendous!

I’ve been given the opportunity to grow up; mature and rebuild myself mentally, physically and spiritually. I’ve developed a fond appreciation for life and the treasures we’ve been given to enjoy.
