A Diamond in the Rough

Nicholaus

Everyday I wake up wondering how I ended up here, and what I could’ve done to prevent this. No matter how hard you try to do the right things in life, sometimes the unexpected happens, and as a result mistakes occur. At the time, I don’t see a way to avoid this problem, but as time has passed I’ve come to realize that I could’ve done things a lot different, and this would’ve ended much better for everyone. But that’s life, making mistakes and learning from them. I’ve got to move on with my life and allow this mistake to make me a better person.
As the years have passed, time has proven how hard separation is on relationships. I don’t believe I would ever leave a loved one hanging, but you never know what you’d do until time comes. And though I don’t love them any less for not being there, I know that there are people capable of being loyal friends despite the circumstances and that’s what I’m searching for. Someone willing to get to know the person that I’ve become, and not judge me because of the person I once was. I took for granted the relationships I once shared with others, but I’ve learned to appreciate the time and energy others are willing to share with me. I would like to invite anyone interested in knowing more about me to respond. If you chose to leave an address where I can reach you I will be sure to write shortly, and thank you for visiting my page.
Somewhere, some time ago, someone picked up a piece of coal and saw something extraordinary that others disregarded. I am also a “Diamond in the Rough”, waiting to be found.
