For the past ten years I’ve been incarcerated. I was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole under Washington state’s three strikes law. But recently my father hired an attorney from Ellis, Holmes & Witchley to review my strikes (convictions). Due to their excellent work, it appears that I will be able to be re-sentenced and ultimately released within the next ten months.

The time and separation from my prior life style has provided me the opportunity to mature. I’m excited about life beyond prison, but outside of my immediate family I’m without friends. With whatever time it might take to get me out, I’d love to use it getting to know you and allowing you to get to know me. There’s a lot about me that I am not able to translate into words. But I’ll try to give you an idea of who I am.

I’m soft spoken but straight forward. I’m patient and understanding, willing to listen even when I disagree. I work out, play basketball. And I’m interested in learning to bow-hunt sometime after my release. I’m into all types of music; if it sounds good to me, I like it. I have a sense of humor. I can crack some jokes on you or laugh with you at myself. I love watching sports. Basketball and Football are my favorites (Go Lakers & Seahawks!). I get my read on too. Suspense novels mostly: D. Koontz, H. Coben, and J Connelly to name a few.
