Daily I search for an angel to mend my broken wings,
Someone special with a beautiful spirit, with whom I can share all my aspirations and fondest dreams,
Someone who won’t be judgmental and can look beyond my flaws and faults,
One with an open mind with whom I can share my deepest feelings and thoughts.
A prayer for an angel who will be my companion in a time of need,
Someone who will be a listening ear and stand beside me until I am freed.
If you look into the windows of my soul you will see a man with a golden heart,
A man with priceless qualities who won’t allow nothing to tear a meaningful friendship apart.
If you are this special someone who’s not afraid to love and be loved,
Then please don’t hesitate to write because YOU are the angel I seek from heaven up above.
Though we may be miles apart, a pen and paper is where we start.
