INNOCENT !!!
The
court appointed attorneys assigned to me assisted in my being railroaded to death row for
a prison fight that turned deadly, one of the worst cases of "Ineffective Assistance
of Counsel"..
I tried to tell my court appointed attorney that I needed them to do an
investigation for my case. An investigation was not done as I requested, they failed to
introduce evidence that would show I was innocent, and didn’t allow my witnesses to
be called. The attorneys appointed to me said
they're not going around the prison system to interview any witnesses in a prison murder! My so called trial attorneys were very unreliable,
inept, and unprofessional. I requested them to
file 13 motions for me and they refused to do so. My
trial outcome had to fail because of the counsels repeated professional errors; unwilling
to order an investigation in the case, and allowing the barring of pertinent case
witnesses.
There was a coordinated effort to deny all circumstances in the court
of law on my behalf, by my counsel’s failure to object, in fact, waived, in whole or
in part my due representation in court. My
attorneys continually failed to represent me. It
is my constitutional right to proper representation and the attorneys and the court
allowed this travesty of justice to take place. I
was denied effective assistance of counsel as granted by the sixth amendment of the United
States Constitution! So because I was already
in prison (for robbery) and had court appointed attorneys who willingly denied me proper
representation this is why I am on death row for a prison murder I did not commit.
I am requesting that the free world keep an open mind and try to
understand what the judicial system is about for the poor who can’t have proper
representation, and seeking correspondence, or any voluntary assistance at all. My case is still in the appeals stage. I need any and all the friends that I can get.
