Being incarcerated id very trying emotionally, mentally, and at times even physically. I have been here a good while but am due to be released in about 10 months. Right now, I have no idea what to do because I have no place to go. I only know I don’t want to come back here ever again. I’ve managed to hold onto my sanity during my stay here. Now that I’m so close to getting out, all I can think of is how much I want someone to call mine. I want someone who will be there for me no matter what, because that’s how I would be.

I’m HIV positive but I am healthy thanks to my meds, and I feel as good as new. I’m a lover. I’m looking for compassion, open-mindedness and unconditional love. Most importantly I want honesty; I detest being lied to. No matter what – the truth is always the best option.

Some of my hobbies include art, playing guitar and singing, writing songs, traveling, working out at the gym, camping, and driving. I love the ocean and want so badly to spend some time there with someone I can share my dreams with. That same person I’ll share my life with. I’m not up for playing games. I’ve dealt with enough pain in my life. I’ve lost my mom, my dad, and everyone close to me. I have nothing more to lose. That’s why I’m taking “a shot in the dark” so to speak, and placing this ad in hopes of finding that special someone.
