How You Can Help Me
Here is how you can help me most to continue my legal education and challenges against oppressive prison conditions.
1).
Stamps
Mailing out legal briefs and related documents
gets expensive. If you would like to help me with postage you can send me up
to (2) nooks of stamps (20 per book, 39 cents stamps), by taping them to a letter
which you enclose in an envelope, addressed to me. Mail is delivered to me Monday
through Friday, so I will receive it not long after you send it.
2).
Funds
It takes money to cover all costs associated with
litigation. You can send me any amount, only by Cashiers Check or Post Office
Money Order
Payable
to: Tito David Valdez Jr.
Tape
the money order/cashiers check to the letter you send me and! the accounting
office here will process it to my account. I can also use any funds you send
to purchase items from the commissary, like supplies and food.
3).
Copies
If you have your own copy machine you can help
me reduce costs tremendously by copying documents I need to send out weekly.
I can send you the original documents and you can send the copies I need back
to me.
4).
Internet Web Design (California residents only)
If you consider. yourself an Internet guru who
knows how to design kick ass WebPages would you contribute your time to design
home pages which further exposes my efforts to educate society about prison
life?

5).
Visitation (California residents only)
If you would like to contribute your time to visit
me I’d appreciate it. Visits help a prisoner estab1ish healthy ties to
society, which gives a person hope opportunity, and direction.
You would have to fill out a visiting application
to be approved, which I can send to you if you are interested in visiting me.
Visiting a state prison can be a healthy experience, to appreciate your freedom.

. Magazine subscriptions & Books
I am always constantly reading. If you would like
to contribute a magazine subscription, or send me specific books I like to read,
I can explain to you how this is accomplished. Write me.
Should you be in a position to make a large contribution,
and seek references, I can provide you with outside references upon request.
I want to make you feel confident that I am credible and that any contribution
is not wasted, and will be used for a good cause.
