The poet Samuel wrote, “Let me live by the side of the road and be a friend to a man”. This is my life’s philosophy. I’m seeking friendship or a long-term relationship, someone to stand by me. Whether you’ve been lied to, left all alone, or simply wronged by others maybe you carry the burden of a wounded or disillusioned heart. I hope to nourish and refresh you with an encouraging word and lend you a kind, comforting, listening ear. I won’t attempt to “fix” anything, but I can give you a blessing.
I have limited space here so rather than use these precious words to tell you my hopes and dreams, allow me the opportunity to assure you that I will respond to every letter. All I require from you is your time – a precious thing. I’m excited to get to know everything there is to know about you. We can explore the past together, share our life experiences, discuss how we spend our days, and discover where our life’s journeys are about to take us. My life is by no means confined within these walls of concrete; each day I attempt to travel just a little farther to distant lands, far away from here.
Writing is the last great means to connect on a deep level in a world dominated by brief conversations. Rarely do we truly know one another. I’m very interested in getting to know you, and in the process sharing myself with you. Are you willing to take this journey with me? Do you really want a friend? If so I’m right here, on the side of the road, eagerly awaiting your letter.
Peace and blessings to you all!
