My name is Clarence. Friends call me by my various nicknames... i.e. C.J., Fred, or Banga. Whichever name you prefer to call me is cool with me. I am from the Chocolate City... Washington D.C.!!!

I'm a very down to earth type of guy. Very easy going and very laid back. I would describe my personality as outgoing, open, and fun. I'm very easy to talk to and I'm a good listener. I really enjoy writing, working out, reading, learning, studying, playing basketball, sports, and listening to different types of music....(R&B, Rap, Jazz).

I am a God fearing man.... a man of character... a man of principle... a man of value... a man of substance. I take pleasure in bringing joy and happiness into people's lives. I love to stimulate one's mind... touch a person's heart... touch a person's soul right down to its very core. I would like to believe that I'm that guy who would have a lasting, positive impact on one's life... your life.

I love life!! Life is good. Even from my position of being incarcerated, I continue to live life to its fullest.
