A Butterfly in Waiting

Greetings from inside. I am 26 years old, with about one year left to serve. I am searching for new friendships. I am incarcerated because I was willing to “risk it all” for love. I guess I should say “what I thought” was love. But each day is a new experience that I try to learn something from. I still have dreams and ambitions and I would love to share them! I have a passion for writing – it is how I express myself. I love sports and the beach. My interests are writing – of course – reading, and a multitude of other things! I’m simply a butterfly – trapped for now, but one day I will fly free. Yet, I don’t take a single breath for granted. I would love to leave here with a new outlook, as well as a new friendship. Race and age are unimportant. I’m waiting to hear from you.
