Greetings, my name is Billy and I happen to be a Love Whisperer, which is a person that not only knows the meaning of love, but that has mastered the applying the very essence of that which defines the many characteristics of the word “Love”! This enables me to change a frown into a smile, a cry into laughter, and sadness into joy! It gives me the ability to recognize the wants, needs and desires of a woman!

Beyond that special quality you will find a man that’s spiritual, compassionate, caring, incurably romantic, sincere, very understanding, loving, ambitious, loyal and a one woman man. I enjoy a lot of things, but to name a few: theatre, cooking, shopping, traveling, music (various genres), movies, camping, etc. But I have to admit, cuddling up with that special someone is by far the most enjoyable!!!

I’m a single man out of Texas, I’ve never been married, I’m a no-drinker and non-smoker! I sport no tattoos but I have nothing against those who do. I’m a complete gentleman that believes in treating a woman like the queen she is. I’m here serving a non-violent drug related charge and to ensure a very productive future for myself, I’ve utilized my time here studying real estate, brokering, drafting, and Spanish language. Plus, I am a part of this non-profit organization dedicated to helping people with special needs, specifically children in dire need of medical treatment. You see I simply refuse to allow my past mistakes dictate my future achievements.
